At Mellowra Rituals, a brand of Epifron Wellness LLP, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please email us at epifronwellness@gmail.com with your Order ID. -
After Dispatch:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Refund Policy in case of damaged or incorrect items.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product meets one of the following criteria:

Product is damaged or leaked upon delivery

Incorrect item received

Missing product(s) in the order
To be eligible for a refund:

You must email us within 7 days of delivery

Share order details and photographic proof (including outer packaging and product condition)

The item must be unused and in its original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products opened, used, or tampered with

Products requested for return after 7 days of delivery

Orders with minor cosmetic damages to packaging due to transit (but product is intact)
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
Note: Bank processing times may vary. Please allow additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the order fails to deliver due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address provided by the customer, refunds will not be applicable.

If the order is returned to us and re-delivery is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We perform quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:

Share your Order ID and photos of the issue

We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference and product availability
